Documentary: Karen refugees in Houston (in progress)

The Karen, an ethnic group from Burma/Myanmar, have been in armed conflict with the Burmese government since the late 1940's. It is the mission of the Burmese government to commit genocide against the Karen. Since 2008, the Karen have been coming to the United States as refugees. Houston has one of the largest populations of these newest residents.
